Children's Club

Nursery Age

The Cooky Club caters for ages 0 to 2 years, open daily during May to October between 10:00 - 18:00. Parental supervision is required, in an indoor environment with soft toys, cots and babychanging facilities. The club is free of charge and pre booking is not required, although numbers are limited. At other times of year, parents are welcome to accompany their children in the indoor playroom. There is also a babysitting service available, paid locally.

School Age

The Hooky and Kiko clubs cater for ages 3 to 6 and 7 to 11 years and are open daily all year round between 10:00 - 18:00. Animators organise painting, handicrafts for the younger children, and team games and treasure hunts for the older children. Once a week, they put on a show in the amphitheatre (high season), and every night there is a mini disco in the main bar or kikoland. The club is free of charge and pre booking is not required.

Teen Age

The Gremlin club caters for ages 12 to 16 years, and is open daily (seasonal) between 10:00 - 18:00. Animators organise sporting activities such as five-a-side football and watersports (high season). The club is free of charge, although there are charges for some of the activities taking place outside of the hotel. Prebooking is not required.

Double Rooms are 43m² and have a double bed, bath, shower, WC, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio, fridge with mini-bar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, microwave and balcony or terrace.

Junior Suites are 45m² and have a lounge area with a sofa bed suitable for a child.

One Bedroom Suites are 64m² and have a separate lounge with two sofa beds suitable for children.

Two Bedroom Family Suites are 88m² and have a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and small balcony or terrace.

Kiko Royal Family Suites have the same facilities as the two bedroom family suites with the following additional facilities: Playstation™ (on request), an extra fridge stocked with children's treats such as yoghurts, milkshakes and chocolate (payable locally), personalised check-in, personalised room, 2 hours of free babysitting per day when the parents eat at the à la carte restaurant or book a spa treatment.

Please note: Bookings in the Two Bedroom Family and Kiko Royal Suites will only be accepted for parties of a minimum of 4 persons, of which at least 2 persons must be adults and any children must be aged 3 years or over. The Yaiza is a buffet restaurant with show cooking, providing international cuisine and regular theme evenings. There is a children's buffet corner at dinner, where food such as burgers, pasta and ice-cream is served. The restaurant is included on a Half Board basis, no additional supplement is required. Highchairs are also available free of charge. This restaurant in open seasonally. Open for breakfast 07:30 - 10:30 and dinner 18:30 - 22:30.

La Hacienda
La Hacienda is a Mexican buffet restaurant with show cooking. The restaurant is included on a Half Board basis, no additional supplement is required. Highchairs are also available free of charge. Open for dinner 19:00 - 23:00.

Los Lobos
Isla de Los Lobos is a Canarian fine dining á la carte restaurant. A small children's menu is available which features simple canarian specialities. A supplement is payable for Half Board guests to dine. Open for dinner 19:00 - 23:00.

La Piazzeta
